Q: How much will I be
charged for delivery?
A: Standard delivery charge is £3.75 per order, per UK address. Please contact
me for pricing of overseas delivery.
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: Orders will be despatched as soon as possible after your order is received.
However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Q: Can I order by telephone or
post?
A: Yes, orders can be placed by telephone or post as well as through the online
shop. If you would like to order by telephone, please visit the Contact page to

Q: What happens
if a product I order is out of stock?
A: If a product is out of stock then the nearest substitute will be sent in it's
place.
Q: Which payment methods do you
accept?
A: If you order using the online shop or by telephone, you can pay using any
credit or debit card. Orders placed online can also be paid for by using your
PayPal account (if you have one). Postal orders can also be paid for by cheque
or postal order made payable to 'Carol McMillan'.
Q: Can you gift wrap my order?
A: All products are available gift wrapped for a fee of £1. Please contact me
for further details. Also, if you would like to a gift card, or details of your
desired gift card, I will include it in the gift wrapping.
Q: Is your workshop open to the
public?
A: Unfortunately, I am unable to open my workshop to the public - I simply do
not have the time!
Q: Can you
send items to delivery addresses outside the UK?
A: Items can be sent to delivery address overseas for an additional postage
charge. Please contact me for more details and exact pricing.
